Do you want to improve your personal yoga practice? Maybe you are new to yoga and want to learn the foundations? I've got you covered.

Join me for a private class online! These classes are tailored for you and your specific needs. I work with you to create a class that will best benefit you and your yoga journey. We can focus the class on alignments, a certain chakra or on relaxation. Whatever you desire, we can make it happen.

All you will need for the class is a mat, pillow or blanket (or both) and as always, it's great to have an open mind!

The classes can be set to best suit our schedules, so please ensure you contact me on georgiaroseyoga@gmail.com or on instagram to secure a time.

The session will be held over zoom and the connection details will be sent to you via email with your booking confirmation. If you are unable to find the email or simply want to say hello, again please feel free to contact me via email.
