Private hypnobirthing with me gives you the understanding underneath birth - the biggest shift in my own confident birth journey.

You learn how labour works and what helps at each stage, and you practise the breathing, relaxation and positions until they're automatic, because in labour you won't have the headspace to think. We also go through the decisions nobody sits you down for, like sweeps, induction and the third stage, so when things change, as they often do, you can recognise what's happening, ask the right questions and make your own decisions, calmly.

It's planned around your birth and your questions. Your birth partner learns alongside you, the counter pressure, the words that help when yours stop coming, and what to do when things speed up, so on the day they already know.
