Prescription Qigong will give you a personalised exercise routine to follow, and is offered in a holistic approach in combination with Lifestyle & Nutritional Coaching based on Chinese Medicine Health Assessment protocols.

Please note, sessions can be conducted face to face OR online.

From this session you can also opt for a personalised routine to be RECORDED for you to keep & follow to support a regular home practice. This option needs to be booked in advance and attracts an additional cost.

With personal practice and training spanning over 30 years, Rosa is a passionate teacher, and a strong advocate of natural methods to support healing.
