We'll come together under the trees to share in activities that awaken our senses and help us remember and develop our relationship the Earth.
Research shows that these practices can help us find joy, calm, peace and awe in our experience of life by encouraging curiosity, motivation and a renewed commitment to the Earth.
This small group guided session for your family or friends only is in partnership and wanders through the open woodlands and rainforest of EJ Foote Memorial Sanctuary in Buderim.
