First Course:
Charcuterie Board  Traditional: A curated selection of artisanal cheeses
Second Course:
Harvest Soup - Honey Roasted Butternut Squash – Apple Soup with a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg, finished with a swirl of crème fraîche and toasted pumpkin seeds.
Third Course:
Autumn Salad - A refreshing mix of baby arugula and spinach, roasted butternut squash, candied pecans, dried cranberries, crumbled goat cheese, and red onion, tossed with a maple
vinaigrette. Vegan Option: (without goat cheese).
Fourth Course:
Salmon Wellington Herb-crusted salmon fillet wrapped in puff pastry with spinach and mushroom, baked to perfection, and served with a beurre blanc sauce, accompanied by roasted root vegetables and baby potatoes.
• Vegan Option: Vegan Wellington filled with a savory mix of lentils, spinach, mushrooms, and caramelized onions, wrapped in puff pastry and served with a vegan red wine reduction, roasted
