The Prize Rose Book Club is for readers who love award-winning fiction and standout literary voices. Each month, the club explores a novel that has been recognised by major literary prizes, offering the chance to engage with books that have shaped conversations and captured critical acclaim across many genres.

Meeting on the third Tuesday of every month.

The Rose Read Bookshop is an independent bookshop founded by Stephanie Beck and Mischa Parkee and is built from a love of books, community, and the women who inspire us.

Our journey began in 2007, when Steph and Mischa met in high school and formed a connection that became stronger over the years through a shared love of reading.

Rose Read is more than just a bookshop; we strive to be a place of gathering, where people with differing experiences can come together in a safe space and connect through a shared love of books. We recognise that the land in which Rose Read is built on has long been a place of gathering and where storytelling has always existed.

Our booksellers are passionate about celebrating diverse voices and championing books that surprise, challenge, and inspire; books that provide a gateway to understanding different perspectives, feelings, and ways of being.

Rose Read is a space for readers, browsers, gift-givers, families, and anyone who believes stories can change the way we see the world. We can’t wait to welcome you in.
