Procreate Beginners Course

Do you want to learn how to create digital art? Or stretch your existing skills with challenges and exercises? 

Hello! 

My name is Georgie, you may know me from working alongside Rosie in previous procreate lessons! I am a self-taught user of Procreate and I am excited to work alongside our new teaching assistant mila, as we teach you all the cool things you need to know to make awesome digital art. I am a Procreate tutor!  and I have worked on many design projects at school and have an online art account dedicated to digital and mixed-media art. I am looking forward to meeting with you all!  

This 2-day morning course is aimed at 8 and up , with a focus ranging from the very basics of mark-making and selecting colours  to create full-blown artworks using the many intricate features of this powerful app. To take part in this course you will need an iPad with Procreate installed, and an Apple pencil, or tablet stylus (tablet styluses can be purchased from Office-works, Big W, and a number of other retailers). Please also bring along a water bottle and a snack to eat during our breaks. I truly look forward to helping you extend your artistic abilities with Procreate. 

This 2-day morning course will run from 9 am-12 pm on the 8th- 9th January 2024 at the Peregian Digital Hub.
