WA Branch Event - Procurement and Supply Chain: The rise of soft motivators and their influence in attracting and retaining top talent
Event description
WA Branch Committee invites you to attend this event where Michael Page will be sharing their latest Australian Talent Trends 2022 Report, titled “The Great X”, which features insights and market sentiment across the Australian and Asian-Pacific Supply Chain and Procurement Market.
This report has focused on research across a wide and diverse audience in APAC, with over 5,500 employers and more than 15,000 employees responding. Around 3,000 of these respondents were Australian, enabling us to identify some strong local themes.
• Talent Attraction: A strong brand is not enough
• Talent Retention: Flexibility, wellbeing and DE&I are non-negotiable
• Continued demand for contracting and temporary roles
• Employee Experience: A holistic approach is essential
