ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Join City staff and the presenter at the Stirling Business Centre to network over a cuppa and light refreshments from 4:15pm with the Procurement Workshop starting at 4.30pm.
During this free Procurement presentation, you will find out how the Stirling Supplier Development Program can grow your business.
You will learn the success factors and pitfalls of completing tender documentation, request for proposals and other formal quoting processes.
What the Program delivers:
• Builds your capacity to win work with government organisations that require formal quotation documentation
• An opportunity to ask questions specific to your business and to meet with the City’s Procurement and Economic Development teams.
• Increases the representation of local small businesses within the City's supply chain

ABOUT THE PRESENTER
PAULINE TARRANT
Pauline is founder of the award-winning Pauline Tarrant Consulting and HR For Good networking and learning event series. She has a passion for helping small businesses and has served as an elected member in local government as well as providing consulting services within the sector.
Pauline works with clients in a variety of industries in Western Australia and beyond. She helps them refine their business approach along with people and culture matters to achieve sustained high performance. Her experience in procurement includes contractor management, supplier development, probity, social procurement, contract design and managing risk.
In addition to over 20 years training and facilitation experience, Pauline possesses a Masters in Human Resource Management from Bristol Business School, is qualified in administering the Lominger Leadership Architect, Hay Job Evaluation, DISC Profiles, Click! Colours and possess Prince II project management qualifications. She is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute, graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Dru Professional Network as a qualified Dru Yoga teacher. Pauline is also a licensed Inquiry Agent and Investigator with a Cert III in Investigative Services.
