Katie Ferris: is a product recruitment consultant at Brightbox Consulting. She helps connect businesses out there with their ideal talent, as well as helping candidates find their dream role in the digital and creative workspace. Specialising in digital, product and data. Connecting teams with talent that fits culturally & technically by ensuring that hiring feels human and not transactional. She has an honours degree in Human Resource Management, as well as a Masters degree in Psychology. Given she is fascinated with behavioural and organisational psychology, this has helped her drive her motivation towards helping candidate and client needs for their next role.
Sue Bolton: is a product management and leadership coach with over 20+ years' experience across US, UK and Australia. She has led and scaled high-impact product teams at organisations such as Netflix, McGraw Hill Education and Lionsgate, working at the intersection of product strategy, technology and customer outcomes. Now base d in Sydney, Sue runs a boutique coaching and training practice focused on developing values-led product leaders who deliver transformational business results. Sue is also a PCC-level certified leadership coach and Influence Digest Top 15 Coach in Sydney.
