Bringing a food or beverage product to market requires more than a good recipe—it takes scientific precision, food safety knowledge, and an understanding of how to scale your process. In this interactive workshop, Oregon State University’s Food Innovation Center Product & Process Development Team will guide you step-by-step through the fundamentals of turning a recipe into a commercially viable formulation. You’ll walk away with practical insights and resources to help you scale, package, and sell your products in farmers’ markets, retail outlets, and beyond.
