Master the techniques of successful product management through the product lifecycle.

Product management is a key function that works across various stakeholders in an organisation, ensuring business priorities are met and customer value is delivered.

This two-day introductory course will help you navigate the complexity of building, delivering and growing a successful product. This is critical for organisational success, as more and more companies become product-led and competition forces innovation.

What will you gain?

You will learn how to:

  • transform problems into economic opportunities;
  • turn product users into advocates for your business;
  • build and manage effective product roadmaps;
  • effectively use data and metrics for product development; and
  • work with engineering to build the right thing to collaboratively take to market and make an impact.

You will leave with key tools of the trade like building personas, interview techniques, impact mapping, experimentation, and customer journeys.

Course structure

The course runs as a mix of academic topics, interactive discussion, and hands-on exercises.  You are encouraged to bring along stories or concepts you want to work with on the day.

You will be provided with course materials and slides, printables as reminders of the key concept and new Product Management ‘superpowers’ you can apply right away.
