This course is primarily for product professionals either looking to break into Product Management or with 1-2 years experience. We start with the fundamentals and cover all you'll need but we deep dive into key topics to really ensure impactful learning.

Even though most of our attendees are Product Managers. Course attendees come from various areas of the professional world. Is Thiga Academy a recognised training organisation?

Thiga Academy is a subsidiary of the company Thiga, which holds a valid training registration. Our declaration of training activity is registered under the number 11 92 20825 92 in the prefect of region of Ile de France.

Can I get my employer to finance my training?

Absolutely, we have a number of students who attend through a recommendation and/or funding by their employers. You can certainly use this approach by directly asking your employer to either fund the training fully or partially.

Are the Thiga Academy Training sessions certified?

Yes, we at Thiga Academy will ensure that you receive a physical and digital certificate on completion of the training. You’re free and encouraged to print, publish and be proud of your new achievements. Show off your newly gained Product Management skills!

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No - Anyone age can attend. If you're under 18 however you unfortunately won't be able to join us at the 5pm drinks catchup.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

We're located a 2 min walk from Town Hall station, there are paid parking options available but the best way to get here is via find the bus and train options.

What can I bring into the event?

You don't have to bring anything apart from yourself. If you prefer to type on a laptop feel free to bring one along, however we'll be providing all required stationary. We've also got some serious swag by means of a tote bag, our very own published product management books, a awesome 'hipster product manager' notepad, stickers, branded pens and well more swag then you can shake your bag at.

What's the refund policy?

We have a 7 day refund policy.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, but you must at least have a digital copy of your ticket on hand and prove that it matches your identity.

Can I update my registration information?

Sure, just drop us an email.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, but please call us before you transfer or sell your ticket to anyone else so we know who's coming to our training sessions.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Only if you tell us in advance.
