Funders, partners and customers back the organisations that can show why their work matters.

This Professional Certificate in Communicating Impact helps you make your impact matter to the people who matter. You'll learn to shape a compelling case for your organisation, get it in front of the right people, and turn it into credibility, funding and revenue.

A revenue skill, not a creative extra

It's easy to file storytelling under "creative." Nice around a campfire, but not part of your real work. This course takes the opposite view. The stories you tell about your organisation, your impact and your clients shape whether funders, partners and communities back you.

Many people in the impact sector tell these stories regularly as part of their job, without ever having been trained, and most are winging it. That's why this course pairs impact storytelling with marketing strategy. You'll learn to shape a story that works, then find and engage the right audiences and turn it into new revenue, customers and funding.
