Professional Practices; Professional Boundaries

Our work as educators focuses on the development of positive, caring and respectful relationships with the children and young people we work with. This session will explore professional boundaries and the importance in establishing and maintaining appropriate relationships between educators and children and young people.

The Centre of Professional Learning & Education (Cple) (RTO 88148) is a Registered Training Organisation located within the Canberra region. We deliver nationally recognised qualifications in Business, and Early Childhood Education and Care. We're a not-for-profit RTO meaning all fees and funding are channelled back into the Canberra community via Communities at Work. Cple is a student-focused RTO that places the student’s needs and learning styles at the heart of what we do. Our team believes in a holistic support model that is tailored to each individual person. We offer the following Nationally Recognised Qualifications:

BSB20120 Certificate II in Workplace Skills
BSB30120 Certificate III in Business
CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care

Cple has a current ACT Training Initiative Funding Agreement via Skills Canberra. This enables us to offer Government funded training depending on a student’s eligibility. Cple also offers fee-for-service qualifications if a student does not meet the Government funding eligibility requirements.
