Including 10 supervised group sessions which can be carried over 12 months. This training is Recognised by international Industry Standards to obtain insurance and start working as a breathwork facilitator.

Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator Training is designed for seekers on the path to healing and spiritual evolution. To navigate the mysteries of life, who are seeking a safe sacred space to explore the hidden dimensions of self, and who are willing to engage in psychospiritual learning, metabolise their past traumas, and healing. This self-empowerment training teaches you how to become a practitioner/ platform for change. But, first we must do the work. By seeing yourself over  and over again.

SO WHAT IS REBIRTHING BREATHWORK?

This is an ancient yogic practise been around for over 5,000 years. it was thanks to Leonard Orr who brought Rebirthing breathwork from India to the Western World. It is the title given to a natural, phenomenal, spiritual mechanism of rejuvenation within the human body, mind, and spirit. Through the power of conscious connected breathing, we can tap into a well-spring of  "life force energy", which empowers the brain to release a brew of neuro chemicals, including DMT-the spirit molecule.

As well as a this psychedelic concoction descends down the spine's 33 vertebrates before ascending back up again to the place where God/Creator/Source can be met face to face (the mind-pineal). Utilizing the knowledge of science and alchemy, we can increase the energy to engulf our nervous system, thus communicating with the Universal energy field. The energy increases its vibrational potency throughout the process, changing in and out of form with your thoughts, actions, and beliefs which can be epigenetically.
