This professional self-lymphatic drainage workshop offers a clear, safe, and practical approach to caring for your lymphatic system at home. Led by a certified female therapist, the session focuses on gentle techniques that respect the body’s natural rhythms while supporting drainage, circulation, and nervous system balance.

You will be guided through all major lymphatic terminals, including the neck, supraclavicular area, chest, abdomen, and groin, with careful attention to sequencing, pressure, and contraindications. Taught in small classes, the workshop allows for individual support and hands-on learning, so you can confidently apply these techniques as part of your regular self-care practice.
