DiSC assessments are behavioural self-assessment tools based on the 1928 DiSC emotional and behavioural theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston. The tools are designed to predict job performance.

In this fun and engaging workshop, we dive into the individual styles of DiSC Profile Assessment. Each participant will receive personalised insights deepening their understanding of self and others, making workplace interactions more enjoyable and effective.

  • Learn the four basic styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness
  • Have personalised insights to deepen your understanding of self and others
  • Understand how to make workplace interactions more enjoyable and effective
  • Understand different personality styles
  • Understand how to implement various strategies to work with different DiSC styles
  • Use concrete strategies to help you adapt to the styles of your peers
After the session, participants will: 
  • Have better understanding of how to work within a more engaged, collaborative workforce 
  • Be able to spark meaningful culture improvement in your organisation—whether your workforce is remote, in the office, or somewhere in between.
