Profit Is Not An Accident
Event description
Being profitable is not an accident.
We need to understand our cash flow, margins, mindset, systems and processes around this as business owners. And the hard truth is, so many of us don't. Or think that because we are earning money, we are profitable.
And sometimes, we have to be brave enough to break the mould of conventional business to do so. The term 'think outside the box' is everywhere in the Entrepreneurial world, but the fact is, the box is real. The box is created by financial restrictions, time restrictions and skill restrictions. Outside the box can be expensive and unrealistic for right now.
So how can we bend the box? Use what we have to twist it and grow incrementally to create our own versions of success? Glad you asked!
We will hear from Clare Wood, a money mentor and ex-accountant (but a cool one) who specialises in helping businesses with the specifics of what they need to do to become more profitable.
Bek Strachan will join us to share her incredible journey in breaking the moulds of a conventional business to build the incredibly successful, multi faceted Raw by Bek fitness program and become an international industry leader, even through a pandemic. Whilst never losing her identity and love for people.
Tamara Reid, owner of Beaute Industrie, will share how she used the resources she had at the time to create a unique and profitable business model that is sweeping our nation, as well as the tips she uses to help hundreds of beauty businesses grow worldwide.
Our un-networky networking events are about creating a space for established business owners and intrapreneurs to be real and honest about the challenges we face as women in business and being intentional about creating conversation, connection and change.
We cut the small talk and get to the point. Plus, have an epic party filled with wine and food while doing it.
