Join our interactive, hands-on workshop designed for professionals in government, not-for-profits, corporate social responsibility, social enterprises, and consultancy firms. In this workshop delivered by the Centre for Social Impact UWA, you will:

· Strengthen your program’s design, implementation, and evaluation

· Enhance your ability to communicate impact to stakeholders and funders

· Explore innovative ways to visualise programs beyond the traditional Program Logic template

· Network with like-minded professionals and industry leaders

· Take away practical tools and an action plan for immediate implementation

Workshop Content

· Understand the language, key concepts and uses of Program Logic

· Look at best-practice approaches to engage with stakeholders, create a Program Logic together, align goals and increase buy-in

· Map inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes to tell a compelling story

· Explore how Program Logics can align with funding and strategic goals

· Incorporate Theory of Change as a complement to Program Logic

· Build in complexity, systems thinking and non-linear change processes into ‘program models’

· Learn innovative ways to visualise programs (using ‘Program Models’) for greater clarity and engagement

· Practical tools and templates for data collection and reporting

· Turn Program Logic into meaningful insights for decision-making

· Create an action plan to embed program logic within your organisation

Facilitator

Lisette Kaleveld
Lisette is a social researcher who has worked on research and evaluation projects conducted in academic/research contexts as well as for the not-for-profit sector, as a public servant and as an independent consultant. Lisette has led a significant number national, state-wide and locally based evaluation projects as the principal researcher/team leader, and has undertaken capacity building projects including facilitating training, tools and frameworks for community development officers to measure the impact of their work in local government. Lisette’s evaluation experience spans the mental health sector, education and disability sectors. Lisette is convener for the Australian Evaluation Society (WA Branch).
