With over 14 years in Pilates, I bring energy, creativity, and a wealth of experience to every class. My journey began in figure skating, where I represented Australia internationally and taught Pilates to elite athletes at skating camps across Europe. These experiences shaped my understanding of movement, performance, and the importance of accessible progressions for all levels.

From private sessions with NDIS clients to diverse group classes on the mat, reformer, cadillac, and wunda chair, my teaching adapts to meet each client where they are, creating movements to suit every level. Having been mentored by some of Australia's top exercise physiologists, I’m all about practical, layered instruction that builds confidence and skill over time.

Proud to contribute to platforms like PilatesProFlow and Class Choreography, I also run workshops designed to empower instructors with tools for progression and effective cueing. And as a pet lover with an artsy soul, I make every session a welcoming space - complete with a killer playlist and a vibe to match.
