Prohibition Gin Masterclass under the arbour

Soak in the atmosphere of the Garden by twilight as you sit under the Wisteria arbour and taste the Prohibition Chihuly Gin, crafted with botanicals from the Adelaide Botanic Garden in collaboration with Chihuly Studio.

Start your Chihuly Nights experience with a gin masterclass from Adelaide’s favourite local distillery, Prohibition Liquor Co. 

Be guided by one of Prohibition’s expert staff through a flight of three Prohibition gins, including the limited edition Chihuly in the Botanic Garden gin, with matching mixers and garnishes as you learn the process of gin distillation and recipe creation.

During this masterclass you will get three tasting pours of Prohibition gin with matched canapes from Chef Tom Tilbury’s Botanic Lodge while you sip, swirl and taste.

Your ticket includes entry to Chihuly Nights, so after your masterclass head out into the Garden and discover soaring sculptures by the world’s most celebrated contemporary glass artist, Dale Chihuly.

From the setting sun to the artwork's dramatic nighttime lighting, witness how the changing light lends new dimensions to the playful, vibrant artworks. 

Head to the Schomburgk Pavilion to enjoy live music and something delicious to eat and drink from award-winning caterers. 

Please note to participate in this masterclass you must be 18-years old and over.
