PROJECT24 - Monthly Artist Showing 

Join us for our monthly Project24 artist in residence showing. Each month we invite you to come and meet the artist, see what they have been up to and connect with other creatives on the coast. 

Down in Studio3, this month we have Ruby Donohoe and Joseph Burgess are currently in residency with Project24 x FutureNOW developing new project, YAK. YAK - short for yakking and chatter - is essentially a chair for many.

Up in the MakerSpace is Cat Jones, developing in collaboration with Ingrid Vranken (BE/NL) 'Spell Kit For Navigating Uncertainty' an instructional artwork that blends practices of spell work with instruments of navigation and the psychology of way-finding to create speculative objects for routing/rooting through uncertain times.

Project24 is an artist in residence program that provides space for artists to develop, collaborate, experiment and showcase their work at 2ND Space, Nambour. This year we will host 24 x residencies engaging hundreds of artists from across the region and beyond.

Come and engage with the artist and find out more about everything they've been working on.

2ND Space is 131 Currie St, Nambour, access if via a laneway between 34 - 36 Howard St, Nambour.

Venue parking is limited and we recommend parking on Howard St where possible. Access to the venue is via sets of stairs, if you have any accessibility queries please contact us at artscoast@sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au .
