After an overwhelming response to our return this June, Project Connect Group is coming back to the Harbour City for another evening of honest conversation, genuine connection, and the kind of energy that keeps you talking long after the event wraps. The turnout, the conversations, and the community spirit blew us away, so we're doing it all again.

This session's topic will be Leading Through Change: People, Projects and the Messy Bit in Between.

Organisations face constant change - new systems, new structures, new ways of working. But between the plan and reality sits genuine complexity: people who resist, projects that slip, and that messy middle where strategy meets execution. We'll explore what it actually means to lead projects through this shift. We've brought together three exceptional panellists who navigate this daily across change management, workforce transformation, and complex programme delivery; and we can't wait for you to hear from them.
