We’ll cover:
✔️What makes a project a project? Understanding key phases of any project.
✔️Build your own project plan in 30 minutes - a simple project guide that integrates project evaluation and impact reporting from the start and without extra work.
✔️Lessons from the field - why relationships, flexibility, collaboration and good communication are your greatest strengths.
