Workshop Focus: Project Planning for Grant Funding

This hands-on, one-day workshop invites you to have ready a specific grant program you are interested in applying for. Together, we will:

Map Out a Project Plan: Align your proposed project with the eligible activities specified in your chosen grant program.
Prepare a Detailed Budget: Identify and outline fundable budget items.
Craft a Project Summary: Develop a concise and compelling project overview.

What You'll Gain:

By the end of the day, you will have:

A clear understanding of which activities and budget items are fundable.
The beginnings of a comprehensive project plan tailored to your grant application.
A first draft project summary to strengthen your grant submission.

These elements are critical in preparing a successful grant application. They ensure that your submission stands out and meets all necessary criteria.
