Project αὐξάνω is a 7-day immersive transformation experience designed to take you completely outside your normal environment and challenge you physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and internally.

This is not a traditional wellness retreat or vacation. It is a carefully structured journey built around energy graphing—intentionally moving between high-intensity external experiences and deeper periods of internal work, recovery, reflection, and integration.

Throughout the week, participants experience a curated combination of physical training, Muay Thai, HIIT, cold-plunge and heat therapy, sensory and nervous-system work, breathwork, nature experiences, meditation, journaling, networking, problem-solving challenges, meaningful conversations, and guided personal development.

The experience progressively builds throughout the week. You will be pushed outside your comfort zone, disconnected from the distractions of everyday life, given space to reflect, and surrounded by a group of ambitious individuals committed to growth.
