Join us for a morning of joy and wellness on Saturday, February 1st, from 8am to 12pm at Rye at Tallis.

Arrive just before 8am, bring your yoga mat and towel, and be ready to start your day with good moves, good food, and great company. Jen will guide you through 75 minutes of invigorating pilates and meditation, featuring a warm-up, pilates session, and a serene farewell meditation.

After the uplifting session, unwind with Prosecco Spritzer (your choice of Aperol, Limoncello or Rosé Spritzer) a free flowing food station including artisan cheeses, local baguette, cured meats & pickled veg, house made dip, muesli bites, nuts, fruit & crackers. A coffee and tea station is also available.

This inclusive gathering welcomes all, whether you're a seasoned stretcher or a first-timer.
