Embrace the Year of the Snake with Dumplings!

Join us at the Minor Works Building Community Centre to celebrate the Year of the Snake-a time for transformation, wisdom, and fresh beginnings, all wrapped up in delicious dumplings! Hosted by two enthusiastic dumpling makers you will experience dumplings from around the world including specialty dumplings from Northeast China. 

What to Expect:
- Learn the art of dumpling making and folding. Just like the Snake sheds old skin and embraces renewal!

- A sharing of traditions and cultures as you roll and wrap your way into a prosperous and flavourful New Year. 

- Good food and good fortune will be shared among good company. We will be eating dumplings together but you are also welcome to bring along a food safe container from home to take some to share with others.

The Snake year epitomizes wisdom, change, and beauty- virtues we are going to follow in wrapping up and sharing our dumplings. Now is a very good time to let go of your bad habits and embrace positive growth through careful steps-as gentle and strategic as those of the snake.
