PROST San Diego - February 2025 Luncheon

Dear PROSTers and Friends,

We are thrilled to be at the lovely Alila Marea Beach Resort in Encinitas for our February luncheon!

Whether you cruise down the historic Highway 101, explore nearby San Diego or enjoy the property’s direct access to Ponto Beach, Alila Marea is the perfect catalyst for exploration set in the quintessential coastal town of Encinitas. 

As of February 14, 2025, this luxe romantic beach resort will be adults-only!

Venue: Event will be held inside the Oceana Ballroom and Oceana Foyer on the 2nd floor.

Parking: Complimentary Valet Parking will be provided.

Overnight Accommodations: Industry guestroom rates are available for $229.00 and waived resort fees. Please contact Alyson Heidesch to check space and availability via email at Alyson.Heidesch@alilahotels.com.  Offer is available for the nights of February 19th and February 20th.

RSVP Deadline: RSVPs are due by 12 pm PST on Thursday February 13th.

Menu:

Salad: Beet Carpaccio Salad - Warm Spiced Beets with Arugula, Marcona Almond, Goat Cheese and Pedro Ximenez Sherry Vinaigrette.

Choice of Entree:

Braised Short Rib with Confit Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Heirloom Baby Carrots, Bordelaise Sauce (GF)

OR

Local Striped Seabass with Cilantro Rice, Haricot Vert Bundle, Spiced Tomato Sauce (GF, DF)

OR

Wild Mushroom Risotto, Charred Asparagus, Herb Pesto (GF, V)

Dessert: Salted Dark Chocolate Tart with Pistachio Chantilly, Fresh Raspberries


Luncheon prices - Reminder, if you are a member of ANY PROST Chapter, you will receive Luncheon Membership rates at our chapter.

• PROST San Diego is absorbing all Humanitix fees.  Please note American Express and Paypal add separate fees outside of our control.

Instructions for this platform:

• Once ready to RSVP, scroll back up and click the blue RSVP HERE button to the right.
• Choose your ticket type and membership level. 
• One ticket per registration.
• Fill in your information, choose your meal (menu above) and process your payment.  That's it!
• You will get an email confirmation for your registration - save this email.
• IF you need to cancel your attendance prior to our cancellation deadline of the Friday prior to the event, you can do so directly from your email confirmation.  Your meal will be refunded, less the processing fee for this platform. 
  • How to cancel: click Manage Order from your email confirmation (found below the QR code).
  • Then click Refund/Cancel.
  • Check the box by your name to cancel.
  • Click Review, then process your cancellation.
