Life after prostate cancer can be a challenging time for men and for their families.

Erectile dysfunction and incontinence are common side effects of prostate cancer treatment, but fortunately there are solutions, and there are treatment options available to help you overcome them.

We invite you to join us at this FREE forum as our guest speakers outline ways in which both erectile dysfunction, and incontinence can be treated allowing you to live your life after cancer.

Please note: Spaces are limited so please register to secure a seat. A light snack will be provided with tea/coffee on arrival.

Guest speakers: 

Mr John Tuckey - Urologist, Auckland

John trained in Hamilton and Auckland before finishing his fellowship in the United Kingdom. He is the Urologist to the Auckland Spinal Unit where he developed his interest in Erectile and Bladder Dysfunction. His other interests include laser surgery for both stones and BPH.

Ms Anna Lawrence - Urologist, Auckland

Dr Anna Lawrence is a New Zealand trained Urologist with sub-specialty training in male and female voiding dysfunction, management of post prostate cancer therapy complications, incontinence, Urethral and Pelvic Reconstructive Urology, and neuro-urology. She is currently the President of NZ Continence Society, Clinical lead of Spinal Urology at the Auckland Spinal and Rehabilitation Unit, and the only NZ Urologist who is a member to the prestigious Society of Genitourinary Reconstruction, actively involved in international reconstructive workshops. Since returning home to NZ, she has been striving to increase the education and standard of reconstruction and Neuro-Urology in NZ, thereby improving the care of conditions and improving the quality of life of her patients. Anna enjoys presenting both nationally and internationally to ensure that she stays current and on the cutting edge of the latest techniques and knowledge for her practice.
