Event description


Across two days this short course will cover all first aid theory, knowledge assessment and practical demonstration required to achieve First Aid certification.  The course is aimed at Tour Operators, Event Tourism, Hospitality and businesses operating in Remote areas in the Margaret River Region. 

Participants will develop the skills to; 

  • Respond to an emergency situation, assess and manage the situation
  • Assess casualties and life threatening situations 
  • Safely perform first Aid and CPR in a range of situations
  • Identify medication conditions and injuries in line with best practice guidelines
  • Communicate details – be aware of cultural / language barriers and how to navigate these situations

Wednesday 22nd May | 9am to 4pm | South Regional TAFE Campus 

Day 2  

Thursday 23rd May | 9am to 4pm | South Regional TAFE Campus


Participants will receive First Aid certificate as well as certificate of participation.
