Provider Obligations for CHSP's registered in Categories 1 to 3

This session will cover:

  • Overview of the role and function of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC)
  • Overview of the registration categories (1-3)
  • Refresh on the obligations of providers under the new Aged Care Act including any relevant Rules
  • Using the new strengthened aged care standards for best practice. E.g. draft Pre-audit preparation Self as a self-assessment tool
  • Overview of the Aged Care Code of Conduct
