Join us from 6:30pm for welcome drinks and finger food to celebrate the opening of PRS Europe April 2024, followed by a keynote address by José Luis de Vicente.
The new conflicts of our time do not have humans as the only protagonists. The planetary crisis and the radical transformation of the Earth's biophysical systems, with their technological prostheses, force us to tell our story including a whole new series of actors: from the particles that float in the air changing the color of the sky to the jellyfish that multiply due to changing conditions in the sea, to the synthetic voices of artificial intelligence.

During the last 10 years José Luis De Vicente has worked with artists, architects, design studios or musicians developing multiple artistic projects to explore landscapes and tell the stories of a planet in mutation. This presentation is a journey through the devices, spaces and situations that he has developed in his work as a curator and cultural researcher alongside voices such as Superflux, Holly Herndon, Rafael Lozano-Hemmer, Trevor Paglen, Rimini Protokoll, Antoni Arola, Maria Arnal, TAKK and others.
