February 2026 Luncheon - The Del Mar Beach Hotel

Dear PROSTers and Friends,

We are excited to visit Del Mar for our February event! Join us as we "dine around" the Del Mar beaches: starting at Poseidon, stopping by the Del Mar Beach Hotel and then wrapping up the event at their private beach Villas!

Beach lovers have called Del Mar Beach Hotel their SoCal getaway for half a century. Our hotel in Del Mar Beach is known for its authentic California style. Our hotel features spectacular views and an unbeatable location as the only beachfront hotel in Del Mar! Preserved and reimagined for today’s modern tastes, the hotel’s recent renovations sparkle with coastal-chic design. Enjoy elevated comforts and thoughtful amenities when you stay with us. Also, our Del Mar Beach hotel retains everything you love about its heritage, oceanfront ambiance, and proximity to all restaurants in Del Mar CA and everything it is famous for. Our sophisticated hotel on the beach in Del Mar is perfect for families, couples, groups or solo adventurers eager to find and explore all things to do in Del Mar CA.

Venue: NOTE - this event is a different format than our usual lunches- Please read information below!

IF THERE IS NO RAIN, Here is our schedule:

• We’ll kick things off at Poseidon with arrivals and registration from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM. Refreshments and tray passed appetizers will be served. Address: 1670 Coast Blvd, Del Mar.

• From there, we’ll stroll next door to the Del Mar Beach Hotel from 12:15 PM to 1:30 PM to continue the conversation and enjoy additional beverages and food items. Address: 1702 Coast Blvd, Del Mar.

• Next stop: 1:30 pm at the Del Mar Bungalow where we will enjoy desserts! Address: 1726 Coast Blvd.

• The Villas will be open for tours at leisure (approximately a half-mile beachfront walk along a scenic path). A car service will be available between Del Mar Beach Hotel and The Villas for those who prefer not to walk.

IF THERE IS RAIN, Here is our schedule:

• We’ll kick things off at Poseidon with arrivals and registration from 11:30 AM to 1:15 PM. Refreshments, tray passed appetizers and food will be served. Address: 1670 Coast Blvd, Del Mar.

• Next stop: 1:15 pm at the Del Mar Bungalow where we will enjoy desserts! Address: 1726 Coast Blvd.

• We will have a variety of food dishes served to include meat, fish, vegetarian and gluten-free options. No meal selections required.

Parking:

Parking is available at Poseidon (valet, cost is $10), Del Mar Beach Hotel, and on the street. There is also a large lot directly across the street from Poseidon that costs approximately $25-$35. Carpooling is encouraged.

Menu:

We will be enjoying refreshments and a variety of light bites at each stop on our way. There will be vegetarian and Gluten Free options available.

• Member Travel Advisors $60

• Member Suppliers $95

• Non-Member Travel Advisors $85

• Non-Member Suppliers $125

• Please note American Express and Paypal add separate fees outside of our control.

Friendly Reminders:

• This event platform is self-serve! If you need to cancel your spot, you can do yourself directly from your email confirmation, as long as it's before 5 pm PST the Friday prior to our event. Click Manage Order from your email confirmation, then follow the steps to cancel your ticket.

• We are unable to offer refunds after 5 pm on Friday prior to our event as we will have already committed to your spot. Thanks for your understanding!

• Please note that if you choose the incorrect ticket category (i.e. a supplier registers as a travel advisor), your ticket will be canceled.  There are a certain number of supplier and travel advisor spots so we can ensure the correct balance of attendees for our host hotels.  If we do not do this, we will not have venues that want to host our group. 

• If the correct ticket category for your company type is sold out, please add yourself to the waitlist. We will process the waitlist in the order received, so the sooner you are on the list, the better chances you will have of getting in to the event.
