Join us in June to kick off summer in North County at Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach!

Boutique design. Beachy style. Sweeping Pacific Ocean views. Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach, a Hilton Resort & Spa, is the perfect destination for a family holiday, golf vacation, wedding, meeting or nothing more than getting away and enjoying the good life by the sea.

Venue: We will be dining outdoors on the Shearwater Lawn with umbrellas, but plan for sun. Sun hats are welcome!

Parking: Self-parking is complimentary, Valet is $12.

Starter - Pacific Grove Salad: greens, dried blueberries, pistachios, ninja radish, tangerine-ginger vinaigrette

Choice of Entree:

• Herb Grilled Chicken Breast - duck fat roasted potatoes, charred savoy cabbage, toy carrots, chipotle coriander cream (GF)

• Garlic Herb Grilled Flat Iron Steak - portobello mushroom risotto, acorn squash, broccolini, cabernet jus (GF)

• Red Lentil Cake - Thai red curry sauce, baby bok choy, tiny peppers, basil, pea shoots (V)

Dessert - Limoncello Ricotta Cheesecake. Wild Berry Compote

Friendly Reminders:

• This event platform is self-serve! If you need to cancel your spot, you can do yourself directly from your email confirmation, as long as it's before 5 pm PST the Friday prior to our event. Click Manage Order from your email confirmation, then follow the steps to cancel your ticket.

• IF you RSVP twice, please process one as a cancellation using the steps noted above. Or let us know so we can assist you. Our chapter is charged fees if you file a dispute with your credit card company.

• We are unable to offer refunds after 5 pm on Friday prior to our event as we will have already committed to your spot. Thanks for your understanding!

• Please note that if you choose the incorrect ticket category (i.e. a supplier registers as a travel advisor), your ticket will be canceled.  There are a certain number of supplier and travel advisor spots so we can ensure the correct balance of attendees for our host hotels.  If we do not do this, we will not have venues that want to host our group. 

• If the correct ticket category for your company type is sold out, please add yourself to the waitlist. We will process the waitlist in the order received, so the sooner you are on the list, the better chances you will have of getting in to the event.
