    Event description

The Australian Psychedelic Society invites you to attend our next psychedelic integration circle. We are grateful to be able to host this event at 'Nature of Self Yoga' *NOTE CHANGE OF VENUE, a beautiful studio in Claremont that will be a supportive space for us. We hope to create a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment for anyone seeking to integrate a past experience, or learn more before they participate in one in the future. We will support you to make sense of challenging experiences, to share a meaningful experience with like-minded people, and to connect with the local community.

We acknowledge that recreational use of psychedelics continues despite a long history of criminalisation. The group does not encourage or condone recreational use but we do provide harm minimisation support and psycho-education to those who make their own choice to do this. The circle will focus on learning tools and techniques to work through experiences in a structured way, guiding members through a process of reflection and action.

We are very grateful for Stephen & Jeorge for offering to facilitate this evening. Stephen and Jeorge have a wealth of experience running groups, and are knowledgeable, intelligent and passionate about this thriving culture of psychedelics we find ourselves in.

She has trained as a Cert. Hakomi psychotherapist, university accredited Counsellor, Art therapist and Transformational Women Centred Coach. The essence to her work is to empower clients through somatic and experiential pathways to connect to their  inner knowing and healing intelligence utilising the mind/body as a window to unconscious core material. Jeorge has found that this approach   aligns well with integration of psychedelic and plant medicines experiences.

Jeorge  has completed trainings in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy and is currently working in this space from a harm minimisation capacity supporting clients in the area of preparation and integration. She finds developing access to other forms non-ordinary states through creative channels  is an integral part to psychedelic exploration.
