Psychedelic Integration Circle | North Fremantle

Event description

The Australian Psychedelic Society invites you to attend our next psychedelic integration circle. We are grateful to be able to host this event at 'Nature of Self Yoga', a beautiful studio in North Fremantle that will be a supportive space for us. We hope to create a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment for anyone seeking to integrate a past experience, or learn more before they participate in one in the future. We will support you to make sense of challenging experiences, to share a meaningful experience with like-minded people, and to connect with the local community.

We acknowledge that recreational use of psychedelics continues despite a long history of criminalisation. The group does not encourage or condone recreational use but we do provide harm minimisation support and psycho-education to those who make their own choice to do this. The circle will focus on learning tools and techniques to work through experiences in a structured way, guiding members through a process of reflection and action.

We are very grateful for Britt & Tabitha for offering to facilitate this evening. Britt and Tabitha have a wealth of experience running groups, and are knowledgeable, intelligent and passionate about this thriving culture of psychedelics we find ourselves in.

FACILITATORS

Britt Tyrrel

Britt has almost completed her Bachelor of Counselling at Notre Dame, and aspires to professionally empower couples & families to break the intergenerational cycle of relational trauma, with a primary passion for supporting women as they bravely journey into and throughout Motherhood. Britt is the Arts & Culture Director within the APS Perth Chapter, and believes wholeheartedly in the deep-healing potency of psychedelic experiencing, particularly as it promotes creative expression, emotional exploration, and connection to spirit.

Tabitha Farrell

With an undergrad in psychology and a master's degree in counselling, I have a passion for working with people. I have a private practice specialising in pre and post-ritual counselling and have quickly filled space with clients in need of psychedelic integration therapy. With 15 years of my own experience legally using psychedelics and participating in plant medicine ceremonies overseas to help heal the grief of the loss of my brother, I bring a lot of first-hand knowledge to my practice. I enjoyed facilitating the first series of integration circles for the Australian Psychedelic Society's Perth chapter and have continued to facilitate integration circles for the wider community.
