• If the event is sold out, there will be a waitlist.  If there is an active waitlist and you need to cancel your ticket, with up to 48 hours notice before the event, please contact us and we will endeavour to offer your ticket to someone on the waitlist.  If we are able to reallocate your ticket/s we will process you a refund less a $20 administration fee.
