Psychological Safety in Training and Learning Environments - in person - 21 October 2026
About
This interactive workshop explores a holistic approach to psychological safety and its role in wellbeing, learning, and effective teamwork.
Together, through discussion, reflection and practical activities, participants will explore what psychological safety looks like in practice across both workplace and learning environments. The workshop encourages participants to consider how individual behaviours, workplace practices and organisational processes can either support or create barriers to participation, wellbeing and learning.
