Event Description

Recent changes to Work Health & Safety laws have placed a clear spotlight on psychological safety and psychosocial risks in the workplace.

Plenty of business owners have heard about the changes…

But many are still unsure what they actually need to do.

This free online session is designed specifically for Business Victor Harbor members who want practical clarity without legal jargon, complexity, or scare tactics.

No theory. No fluff. Just real-world guidance you can immediately use.

What You’ll Learn

In this session, we’ll cover:

What the new psychosocial WHS obligations are and why they matter now

How to demonstrate “reasonable steps” without drowning in paperwork
Why early conversations prevent bigger problems

This session focuses on real workplaces and real business scenarios, not corporate box-ticking.
