Description
Psychologically-Informed Creative Wellbeing Experience
with Paulette Gee, Bright Spots NeuroArt
Four Week Intensive Workshop Program
Date: Saturdays 29 August, 5 September, 12 September, 19 September
Time: 1:00pm-4:00pm
Cost $160 (incl. GST)
The four-week extended reflective program is designed to thoughtfully build on the introductory workshops through ongoing creative exploration, reflective practice, emotional awareness, and nervous system education.
Week 1 — Slowing Down & Awareness;
Week 2 — Creativity, Emotion & Self-Expression;
Week 3 — Reflection, Regulation & Connection;
Week 4 — Integration & Moving Forward.
The workshops are designed around what we call the Bright Spots Formula: accessible psychoeducation, gentle nervous system awareness, creative exploration and reflection and integration. You are not simply told what you are doing — you are thoughtfully introduced to why creative and reflective practices may support emotional wellbeing, calm, awareness, and connection.
The workshop program includes a small Bright Spots Tiny Science Lesson™ designed to explain simple ideas about stress, emotional wellbeing, creativity, and the nervous system in an accessible and non-clinical way. The focus is not on diagnosing, treating, or analysing participants, but on creating opportunities for calm reflection, self-awareness, creativity, and supportive community connection.
All materials supplied.
Places limited.

REFUND POLICY
A full refund can be provided when written notification is received at least 14 days before the workshop start date and time. This allows us time to readvertise your space as we need full numbers to make workshops viable. Refunds are not provided for cancellations received after this time, for non-attendance, or for part-attendance (applies to a two or three-part workshop/ongoing course). We cannot offer a credit towards future workshops.
TO CANCEL (remember, it must be 14 days minimum before the workshop start date) email your request to info@cooroybutterfactory.com.au
CANCELLATION OF AN EVENT DUE TO NOT REACHING CLASS NUMBERS
Thankfully this is an unusual occurrence, but it can happen. If we don’t reach the minimum number of bookings required to go ahead, we will notify you within seven days of the workshop date and issue a refund.
