Psychosocial Hazards and Underperformance Management — The Intersection

When managing performance poorly becomes a safety issue

Underperformance doesn't just happen. It's often the result of a workplace that has already failed its people through unclear expectations, absent feedback, and poor communication. And when underperformance is addressed, the way it's managed can itself become a source of psychosocial harm.

Join workplace behaviour expert Franca Sala Tenna for this practical and thought-provoking webinar exploring the two-way relationship between psychosocial hazards and underperformance, and what managers and HR professionals can do about it.

About This Webinar

Under Australia's psychosocial safety laws, organisations have a positive duty to identify and eliminate, or minimise, risks to psychological health. Underperformance sits right at this intersection: poor management practices can cause psychosocial harm, and psychosocial hazards can drive underperformance.

This webinar unpacks both directions of that relationship, giving you the frameworks to recognise the warning signs and act with both legal compliance and human-centred care.
