Event description

Starting work as an Early Career Researcher can be challenging, particularly when it comes to navigating one's rights and responsibilities within the university.
To introduce you to some of these concepts, you are invited to attend this session on understanding psychosocial hazards, safety, and duty of care in the workplace.

Overview
This session will be facilitated by Ingrid Krauss - Manager Injury, Prevention & Wellbeing, People and Culture Division.
We will discuss the 14 psychosocial hazards and then work together to identify the key hazards within the team and create an action plan on how we would work to minimise the risks in relation to these hazards.
You will learn more about what psychosocial safety is and your rights, role and responsibility in facilitating a psychologically safe workplace.
