Refund policy

We understand that things can change and we try to accommodate this as much as possible. However, there are costs incurred as we step through the organisation of this congress. We have kept costs as low as possible which is reflected in the lower-than-expected registration fees. Our aim is to refund as much of you registration fee as possible but regrettably we need to deduct costs already incurred. Here is the cancelation policy for PTA-C/26: 1. All cancelations must be submitted via the PTA Humanitix Congress registration portal. 2. Any cancellation submitted up to 6 weeks before the event will be refunded minus a 5% administration fee. 3. Cancelations submitted between 6 weeks and 4 weeks before the event will be refunded minus a 25% administration fee. 4. Cancelations submitted between 4 weeks and 2 weeks before the event will be refunded minus a 50% administration fee. 5. Regrettably cancelations lodged within 2 weeks of the event cannot be refunded. Hardship considerations can be discussed directly with PTA.
