Your Daughter is approaching puberty so why not let us help you dispel the myths about puberty and "begin the conversation ".
Our facilitators present puberty in fun, educational and interactive way.
This program helps girls from aged 9 - 12 develop an understanding of what to expect when experiencing puberty.
