Public Meeting: Good Jobs That Pay Well
Event description
Christopher Luxon promised to make life better - instead, he’s making it worse. National’s cuts have costed 36,000 people their jobs, including 20,000 in construction, and unemployment in Auckland has reached 6.1% - the highest of any region in New Zealand.
New Zealand has enormous strengths: a skilled, creative workforce; proven innovators; and a financial sector that can channel investment into the future.
With a real, long-term plan we can build on these strengths, to grow New Zealand, to create new good jobs, better health care, affordable homes, and real action on the cost of living.
Join Labour List MP based in Waitakere Vanushi Walters and Spokesperson for Jobs Hon Ginny Andersen to hear how New Zealand can lift our productivity, back innovation, and invest in ourselves.
Nau mai, haere mai! We'll see you there.
