Description
Burnout is more than feeling tired.
In this workshop, participants take a burnout self-check and learn to recognise the emotional, physical, and behavioural signs early.
We explore the areas of life that require maintenance to prevent overload, and introduce a simple approach to meaningful, sustainable self-care that is actually doable.
The session includes a reflective Scrappy Self Care exercise and resource recommendations to support continued recovery and resilience.
