The course enables participants to provide the highest quality policy advice and be able to implement the decisions of government.

Participants will learn about public policy frameworks and how to create policy based on analysis and stakeholder engagement. They will also identify the role service delivery plays in public policy and techniques for ensuring service delivery achieves government priorities.

Participants will explore and discuss public policy topics and tools, undertake activities, hear from a guest speaker, and prepare a mock policy proposal. If delivered virtually, the workshop will include short webinars, self-directed learning and interactive group discussions.
