Public Speaking & Debate for ages 12-17, led by Nick Gell - NIDA-trained actor and professional MC.

A practical class for teenagers who want to become stronger, more confident speakers — whether they’re preparing for school debating, public speaking competitions and assessments, or simply want to get better at making an argument under pressure.

Sessions move between prepared speeches, impromptu speaking and live debate. Teens learn how to structure a persuasive case, respond to an opposing argument, use limited preparation time effectively and deliver their ideas with confidence.

Come to sharpen competitive debating and public speaking skills, or simply to get much better at standing up, thinking clearly and speaking when all eyes are on you.

The class runs weekly - teens can come every week for ongoing development to build real skills, or come with something specific in mind.
